Aitch Group: Our long-term partnership

The developments

We have worked with Aitch Group on properties located across north and east London, including No 9 Pemberton Place, a boutique development in fashionable Mare Street, Hackney, and Park Place, a park-side development in Finchley, N3.  The developments have mostly been medium-sized with up to 50 residential properties, plus commercial space in a number of them.

Reflecting local heritage

In East London the developments have taken advantage of the local commercial and residential heritage of the area to create stunning warehouse-style and canal-side apartments at WME8, Empress Works and Eagle Wharf Road.

We have worked on six of Aitch Group’s recent developments and have a partnership that stretches back nearly ten years; reflecting our desire to build ongoing relationships with our developer partners that deliver maximum value for them and reflect the varied requirements of each individual development.

Why do they continue to work with us?

Aitch Group continues to value our partnership because we have achieved a fantastic sales rate on their developments, as well as achieving record prices and outselling all our competitors by several multiples: We sold all the properties at Pemberton Place in four months, all 33 apartments at WME8 sold out within eight months, while Empress Works was launched off plan and sold out in ten months.
