Before I began my career Stone, I had just finished a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University and was working in recruitment.
The best thing about working at Stone is my colleagues. I did not know what to expect when I started at the company, but I felt really welcomed and everyone was super helpful and always up for a good laugh.
My personal career highlight so far was my promotion. After being at the company for ten months, I became a manager and began to manage my own sales team as well as dealing more directly with our developer clients.
I was really surprised at all the help I got from senior management when I started at Stone. I have not been at a company previously where I have received so much help with training and had a clear path for career progression laid out before me. They also took an interest in my personal life in order to ensure that everything was okay outside work and they have always been very helpful when needed.
